This pack is one of Etiquette's royal court photoshoot series — the choker queen of the Marlborough House set in the 1890s, the pearl dog-collar that hid a scar and became the fashion of a generation. Photographically the register is late Victorian to Edwardian court dress — a gown of ivory satin with a fitted bodice and a long train, a high pearl and diamond dog-collar, hair dressed high in a fringe of curls under a small diamond tiara, or a tailored day dress with a tiny waist.
