The Professional headshot register

In May the lindens of Berlin's great avenue come out in their first bright green over sandstone and grey granite, and the evening light is long and low. The pack puts a policy adviser's headshot under them in a moss-green wool suit over a sage shirt, so that the green is worn in wool rather than only seen overhead.

Three frames carry the look. A head and shoulders under the canopy, new leaf bright and soft behind the face, low golden side light. A chest-up before a sandstone front with leaf shadow across it. A half-length down the avenue, the lindens receding. Wool, cotton, leaf and sandstone are told apart by texture.
