The Parliament On The Water register

Dhaka's parliament was built by one of the century's great architects: massive grey concrete walls banded with white marble strips and cut with huge circles and triangles, rising from an artificial lake with lawns around it. In the humid monsoon light the concrete turns silver. The pack sets the architect before it, in the grey of the building that made his city's modern architecture.
