The Flaming Cliffs register

In the Gobi, cliffs of red-orange sandstone burn at sunset above a desert of grey gravel and sparse saxaul. It is the place where the first dinosaur eggs were found. The pack puts the palaeontologist there. Every value is cliff red, from pale orange to deep rust shadow, and a rust-red linen jacket over a pale orange shirt joins the rock.

She stands before a wall of red-orange sandstone, soft behind her, rests a hand on an eroded outcrop, and at half-length on the grey gravel with the cliffs running along the horizon behind her.
