The Lounge White register

The Mandarin Oriental on the Chao Phraya keeps a white lounge of wicker and palms where writers once stayed, with the river's barges passing beyond. The pack takes that lounge as its world: a white linen suit, the wicker white, the palms a green held low, and a man at ease in the light.
