The Shipyard Harbour register

A long harbour runs between steep green hills. The oldest shipyard in the country lies along one shore with giant gantry cranes, grey hulls under construction, dry docks and steel slipways, and opposite it a hillside of terraced houses. The water is grey-green and sea mist softens it all. The pack puts the naval architect in that harbour, dressed in the steel it has built ships from for a century and a half.

He stands before a wall of riveted grey steel plate in soft misty light, rests a hand on a steel bollard at the dock's edge with a grey hull rising soft behind him, and stands on the quay while the cranes and hulls of the far shore stand under green hills in mist.
