The Santa Fe Adobe register
Santa Fe has kept one colour by ordinance since 1957 — the Pueblo Revival code that holds the whole city the shade of the earth it stands on, vigas crossing the ceilings, kiva fireplaces rounding into every corner, chile ristras hung small and red against the mud.
