The Biedermeier Cherry register
The setting is a Ringstrasse-era apartment in Vienna's ninth district. The consulting room is furnished in Biedermeier cherry: a sofa with a curved back, a secretaire and a Persian rug, with a tiled stove and tall double windows onto a courtyard of chestnut trees. The palette is cherry throughout: the warm red-brown veneer, a cherry-red wool bouclé jacket over a chestnut silk blouse, the rug's madder and the chestnut bark.
The pack makes nine photos of you across three settings. In the first you sit at the end of the Biedermeier sofa, its curved cherry back beside you and the bouclé jacket over the silk blouse.
