The grid runs Latino, Black, White European, Middle Eastern, South Asian and East Asian castings on purpose — the tropical strongman is a type that turned up everywhere, and pinning him to one place would be both less true and less funny. Your pack is not cast like that: all nine frames are you.

Can women use this pack?

Honest answer: it's cast male. The tunic, the sash placement and the whole silhouette come from men's military dress, so a woman's portrait would read as a woman wearing a men's uniform rather than as the register landing cleanly. If that is exactly the picture you want, it will work; if you want something built for the register from the start, this isn't yet that pack.

Can I use it as a Halloween or costume-party photo, or as a costume reference?

Both work.
