How your model is created from your photos
Every pack on Narcis, made with your face
Nine photographs of you in one setting: one pack of the Narcis catalogue.
Nine photographs of you, styled after the Jekyll and Hyde register — black frock coat, top hat, cane, green vial, in portrait format. The nine vary in crop, expression and light, so there are real choices, not nine identical files.

The Jekyll and Hyde register
Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novella, told through the doctor's own wardrobe across his double life: a black frock coat with a top hat and cane for the fogged street, a waistcoat with an open collar in the laboratory among the glass, a black cape over evening dress for the study fireside — one man, three settings, one green vial as the hinge between them.
Photographically this is green practical light and flame beneath a retort in the laboratory, cold gaslight on wet cobbles on the street, and a warm fire key in the study — the same face lit three different ways, which is precisely the character's point.
The output is a photoreal costume portrait of you — not a painting, and not a depiction of any actor who has played the role. The coat, the cane, and the vial belong to the character; the face in the glass is yours.
How to photograph yourself for a Jekyll and Hyde photoshoot
Better source photos make better portraits.
- Even, soft lightStand near a window with indirect daylight on your face. The pack builds its own dramatic light on top — a flat, well-lit selfie gives it the clearest face to work from.
- Front or three-quarter angleCamera at eye level, facing it or turned slightly to three-quarter. No selfie-stick uplook, no shot from below.
- Face fully clearHair off the face, no hats, sunglasses, or filters in the source photo. A clear, front-facing photo is the best input for an AI portrait.
- A composed expressionThe Jekyll and Hyde register favors a half-smile that doesn't quite reach the eyes — a calm, neutral expression in your source photo blends more naturally into the finished frames.
- Plain background is fineDon't worry about your own backdrop — the pack's three settings replace it entirely. A plain wall behind you just helps the model focus on your face.
Frequently asked questions
- Will it actually look like a real photograph?
- Yes. The output is photoreal — a real-looking photograph of you in the Jekyll and Hyde register, not a painting or an illustration — built from black frock coat, top hat, cane, green vial and the settings that carry it: in the laboratory among the glass, waistcoat and open collar, the green vial held up, flame beneath a retort; on the gaslit street in fog, frock coat, top hat and cane, wet cobbles, alone; in the study by the fire, cape thrown over the chair, evening dress, a glass in hand.
- Is this a real photo of Jekyll and Hyde, or of me?
- It's a portrait of you. The pack borrows the Jekyll and Hyde costume and settings as a reference; every frame is a portrait of you, and it isn't a depiction of any real person, living or dead.
- How is this different from a two-tone werewolf mask with no story to it?
- A two-tone werewolf mask with no story to it gives you the shape of the costume with none of the register behind it. This pack is anchored to the actual Jekyll and Hyde details — black frock coat, top hat, cane, green vial — and the three real settings that carry them, so it reads as the register, not a costume-aisle approximation.
- Can women use this pack?
- The styling and sample set are built for men — black frock coat, top hat, cane, green vial among them — so it reads masculine.
- Can I use this as a profile picture or on a dating app?
- Yes — it's a striking, well-composed portrait that reads well on either. Used honestly, as a stylised AI Halloween photoshoot rather than a claim of a real costume shoot, it works well on any profile.
- Can I use it for a Halloween party invitation or a costume-planning reference?
- Personal use like this is fine — an invitation, a themed party post, a keepsake print, or even a reference for building the real Jekyll and Hyde costume. It isn't licensed for commercial resale.
- Do I need the actual costume or props for this to work?
- You don't need any of it in real life; that's what the photoshoot supplies.
- Will the photos look like me?
- Every photo looks like you, well photographed. If one is nearly right, say what to change, in your own words.
- Do I have to write a prompt?
- No. There is nothing to write: you pick a pack, and it is ready in seconds.
- How many photos of myself do I add?
- Between six and twenty, from different days and in different light, with your face clear. We check each one when you add it.
- What happens to the photos I add?
- They are used only to create your model, on our own servers in the European Union. They are not shared and not sold.

About narcis
Most AI photo tools put every pose, job, era, and style in one giant catalog. The photos all look like every other AI photo on the internet — a glaze over a stock face. Narcis goes the other way. One job: photos of you that look like photographs. You add at least 6 photos of yourself, and we create your AI model from them. Your photos are ready in a few hours, and we email you when they are. Then this pack and every other pack on Narcis can be made with your face.
