The Marchesa Casati register
This pack draws on Palazzo Venier dei Leoni and the Marchesa's masked nights — the water gate at midnight with a cheetah on a diamond leash, the Piazza in fog in a Bakst costume, the candlelit palazzo among her wax mannequins. The register is black and gold: a gold lamé Poiret gown with a black velvet cloak, a Bakst-style plumed costume, a black lace gown with a gold serpent bracelet, kohl-ringed eyes, wild red hair.
