The register spans early-eighties Eastmancolor and Rajadhyaksha's transparency-film portrait: gold brocade with a heavy dupatta, a red-and-gold kanjeevaram silk sari, a chiffon sari on a terrace.

One frame seats her on a Persian carpet in a Lucknow kotha set, gold brocade and a gold-worked dupatta, warm lamp light.
