This pack belongs to the house's gels-et-projecteurs series: coloured light is the whole palette, the garments stay neutral, and one lamp's single wavelength names the frame. The sodium streetlight photoshoot draws on one of the last old sodium lamps still burning on a residential street -- a single wavelength that leaves only orange and the black beyond it.

Photographically the register runs three genuine takes: standing at the edge of the lamp's pool with wet pavement mirroring the orange, in a dark wool overcoat over a hoodie, the lamp lighting the crown and shoulders while the face falls into orange half-light; seated on a low wall directly under the lamp, in a bomber over a grey tee, the lamp burning the shoulders orange while the eyes stay in shadow; walking out of the pool toward the dark, in a denim jacket with the collar up, the lamp rimming the collar and hair orange while the front falls to black.
