The Suede Tobacco register
This pack borrows its register from a Western outfitter's shop: split hide buffed to a nap that drinks light, dyed the brown of cured leaf — the one material that goes darker where a hand has rested. The wardrobe is suede from fringe to boot — a fringed jacket over a suede shirt, a trucker jacket, trousers — against a rail of suede jackets and tobacco-brown wood, so the picture reads as one brown at every depth with the face its only other colour.
